I was very happy with all aspects of my buying experience with Oliver Minton The staff are all friendly and helpful They go above and beyond to help buyers with the process from start to finish I would highly recommend them. Sarah Hodson is truly a star. We had several unexpected hiccups during the process but she dealt with them promptly & professionally. She chased up the relevant parties to resolve the issues and kept in constant communication with me to update me! It’s so important to have someone you can trust assisting you during the buying process and I felt that I could trust Sarah 100%

We had a great experience with this agency, where always there to help when needed or was always willing to communicate things to the landlady when needed. Also really helpful when you had any questions regarding processes.

Debbie has been amazing over the last 10 years in various properties. Her help when moves were needed was brilliant and made transitions easy. Problems were always followed up and sorted whenever possible quickly.

The lettings staff were always on hand to help with any problems or queries. They were very responsive to emails or phone calls and made renting through them a very seamless and easy process. Debbie was always happy to help and had brilliant communication. She responded to emails and returned telephone calls in a timely manner. If we ever had a query, she was always on hand to help.

Oliver Minton Lettings were slightly more expensive than other agents but this was justified with the professional and knowledgeable service they provided. I felt everything was covered by them which gave me the confidence to allow them to get on with their job and not worry about it. Both Debbie and Verity were brilliant to work with, kept me informed at all times and were very quick to respond to any queries which you often don’t get from companies these days..
