The Aspire Oslo is a modern, 40' x 20' lodge set within the peaceful setting of Roydon Marina Village. 

Roydon village is just a short stroll away where you will find Roydon main-line station and the High Street with a convenience store/post office, pharmacy and pubs/restaurants.  Roydon Marina Village is located on the River Stort, close to the junction of the River Lee and on a 32 acre lake set amid the stunning scenery of the Lee Valley Regional Park. The marina offers secure berths for both narrow and wide beam vessels up to 70ft on the outskirts of Roydon Village.

The lodge has a 12 month occupancy. Not classed as a primary residence.

The lodge offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms, making it perfect for families or visitors. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a space for a dressing table, and a private ensuite with a sleek walk-in shower. A second double bedroom and a twin room offer additional, flexible accommodation—each thoughtfully styled for comfort and relaxation. A separate main bathroom includes a full-size bath and overhead shower, finished in modern tones that create a spa-like atmosphere.

Outside, the Aspire Lodge truly comes into its own. The private south facing decking area is an ideal space for dining, entertaining, or simply soaking in the surroundings. Unwind in the luxurious hot tub as you take in the peaceful ambiance of the marina—your own private haven just steps from the water. The exterior is just as thoughtfully designed as the interior, featuring a durable Walnut Canexel finish, upgraded anthracite windows, and stylish half-height eyelet curtains in the bedrooms that enhance the lodge’s elegant feel.
