A very professional and friendly service from the first viewing to after moving in. We had a particularly difficult and stressful move and staff were very supportive. After firstly signing up with another new local agent in my area who was full of  promises to market my property with the “wow” factor you soon realise what having a good agent really means and that an agent that lists your property with promises of all bells and whistles doesn’t replace the expertise of a long term agent like Oliver Mintons who knows the market where you live and has an excellent reputation and cares about what they do. Oliver Minton has been outstanding from start to finish. It’s not been a straightforward sale due to other factors in the chain but they have ensured things have gone as smoothly as possible. Oliver Minton are the agents to use if you want a hassle free move. Their services were so very professional and all the team we dealt with in Stanstead Abbotts were extremely good. They achieved the right buyer at the right time and the whole procedure was very efficient and the timing was first class. We would have no hesitation to highly recommend them if you want a smooth easy move. A big thank you to Jon, Lucy, Sarah, Linda and the rest of the team for all their help. We highly recommend Oliver Minton’s and are repeat customers, Linda and Sarah were fantastic throughout. Both are extremely knowledgeable and proactive, giving excellent advice. Our house sold after the open day held by Linda and for above the asking price. We encountered issues on our buyers sale (via a different agent) and their big conveyancing company. Sarah was amazing and in effect pushed both their and our sale through. She was on the case and determined to make it happen, Linda also helped and kept in touch.
