The original Oliver Minton Estate Agents office in Puckeridge (next to the chemist) opened in November 2001 and for the first time in it's history, Puckeridge had it's own estate agency. In the summer of 2004 we moved into larger premises at 28 High Street, just yards or so from the 'Free' village car park in Huntsman Close.
From this office we specialise in the sale of residential property in Puckeridge itself, Standon, Braughing, Much Hadham, Little Hadham and all the villages along the A10 corridor north of Ware to Buntingford and beyond. With the opening in 2004 of the new dual carriageway from Ware to Puckeridge, villages such as Standon, Puckeridge and Braughing are now increasingly sought-after and popular to buyers moving up the A10 corridor, who can now travel by car very quickly back down to Hertford & Ware or into London.
Following the success of our Stanstead Abbotts office and the subsequent repeated success in Puckeridge, we have become the East Herts ‘Village Property Specialists' and take great pride in providing a ‘tourist-information-style' service promoting our village properties to the widest possible audience.
