Low-Profile Marketing is a form of marketing for your property that provides you with an alternative to being ‘on the market’ or ‘not on the market’. Your property is not advertised in the local papers or on the Internet, we do not erect a 'For Sale' board, we do not show the property in our office window.

However, on those occasions when we register an applicant who is for instance in rented accommodation and not in a hurry, before we wave them goodbye, we will mention that we are aware of a property that fits their requirements nicely, but unfortunately, it is not yet really on the market. We then show them details of your property via the computer monitors we have in the office and explain your circumstances to them.
